ANNIE CRESTA

Annie is a bit not all there. She went the Hunger Games and when she came out she went sort of insane. The memories were too much and she rambles at times and zones out, but she is a sweet girl if you get past all that. She is quiet though and it may take a bit for her to warm up to you but she is gentle and caring all the same.


BEETEE LAST

Beetee is and older Victor but he is incredibly smart. He is from District 3 and he is great with electronics and inventing things. He is very inventive and observant and is also quite a friendly person. He tents to keep to himself for the most part unless approached first though.


FINNICK ODAIR

Finnick is a gorgeous creature. Young and desired by many. While he may come across strong and like a total player, he's really not a bad guy. He has the love of his life and he only is a "player" for the sake of appearances in the Capitol cause he is forced to. He is a loyal guy towards those he cares about and wouldn't let anyone harm them if he can help it.


HAYMITCH ABERNATHY
Woddy Harrelson | 40-42 | Victor in District 12 | OPEN

Haymitch is a snarky, arrogant man to say the least. He is mean and a drunk as well. But the drinking is to ease his pain from the Games. Underneath the drunk, he is still a snarky arrogant man, but he is a good guy to have on your side even if he has issues. He is smart and knows how to get himself out of situations and use his surroundings to his advantage. He also has no problem being blunt and brutally honest to people when he sees fit.


JOHANNA MASON

Johanna is an interesting girl. She seems to have no modestly having no issues with stripping naked in front of everyone. She is also sly and deceptive and used these skills to her advantage. She is cruel and often times seems heartless but really she is just misunderstood. She is also snarky and sarcastic much like Haymich but she hasn't turned to liquor like he has. Towards other she tends to show a visious personality both with violence and words but even so that is mostly due to her role in the Games and her hatred for the Capitol.


KATNISS EVERDEEN
Jennifer Lawrance | 17 | Victor in District 12 | TAKEN

Katniss is a strong girl. With her abillity with a bow she is a great ally to have. Though she does tend to not trust well and she picks her friends carefully and doesn't get attached to others quickly in most cases. She is determined to servive and will do about anything to do so. She has proved this on many occasions. Also she has a firey and independant nature. She tends to act first think later and listen to only herself where orders are concerned. But she has a ver caring personality towards her loved ones and she would gladdly die for them if she had too and do anything in her power to keep them safe.

Mags is a sweet little old lady. She is willing to give people a hand when its needed and enjoyed helping others learn skills that she knows. As she is fron District 4 she is quite skilled in making fishhooks and knots as well. In her old age she has found it dificult to walk but she still pushes on iven if she is no longer quick about it. Also she tends to babble when she is speaking and this coule be the cause of a stroke she may have had. But even so she is a kind woman to those she is friends with.


PEETA MELLARK
Josh Hutcherson | 17 | Victor in District 12 | TAKEN

Peeta is a very likable guy. He is sweet and caring and much rather would have pleasant conversation than fight some one. He has a way with words and can easily win over an audiance. He is smart and cleaver able to think things through and come up with plans to save himself and others. He is also selfless and loving by being willing to sacrifice himself to save those he loves and cares about. He is a great secret keeper and can easily keep the secrets of those that confide in him.

CAESER FLICKERMAN

Caeser is the eternal Hunger Games announcer. He never seems to age but hes a cool guy. It's fun and energetic it seems and he has a way of making every tribute look good some how. He works his magic that's for sure.


CINNA LAST
Lenny Kravitz | late 20's early 30's | District 12 Girl's Stylist | OPEN

Cinna is kind and caring. He's got an amazing eye for style and does beautiful things with his girls. He is a simple man compared to most Capitol residents but that is what makes him love able. He has devoted himself to the Rebellion and, while keeping that on the down low, still keeps up his appearance as the most amazing stylist in the Capitol.


CORIOLANUS SNOW
Donald Sutherland | 60-70 | President of Panam | OPEN

Snow is a jerk. He is manipulative and evil. He takes pleasure in his power over the country and his control over the Districts with the Games. He doesn't take lightly to having his power tested and not getting what he wants. When angered he doesn't lash out though. He is cold and calculating and will get his revenge when least expected in the mote brutal and cruel ways.


EFFIE TRINKET
Elizabeth Banks | 30's | District 12 Escort | OPEN

Effie is the epitomy of Capitol woman. She has an outrageous sense of style and huge wigs and such. She has a good heart though and, while she is disgusted by what little manners the District people have, she is still quite kind and caring over all to those she escorts, even if she can be over bearing at times.
