Personality:
Xavier is smart and a quick thinker, however he usually finds himself getting into trouble more than once. Xavier’s biggest flaw would have to be his stubbornness. He has a one track mind when it comes to this once he sets his mind onto doing something he won’t stop until he has proven himself. What’s even more worse for Xavier he rushes into things without thinking them over this has gotten him into more trouble with the peacekeepers when he causes trouble for them. Xavier is a hard worker and would never turn down a job. Xavier can hide and conceal himself quicker than most if he wants to. Xavier’s view on the games are never hidden from view, he completely hates them.

Strengths:
Having to work in the fields all day from a young age has made Xavier physically fit. His strengths would be he is strong but stubborn he doesn’t know when to quit. Xavier’s skills are in hand to hand combat, he is good with the bow’s, spears and swords but martial arts are just that much better for Xavier.
Weaknesses:
Xavier is the type of person who rushes into things and doesn’t think them through. This has always gotten him in trouble in the past. Xavier is stubborn which is never good for him, once someone has told him that he can’t do something he has a one track mind and tries to complete the task. Xavier hates the cold, he would try and avoid being cold but knows that it’s impossible at times.

Unique Abilities: Concealment. Xavier is able to conceal himself pretty well as he learned to do so when he had to hide from the peacekeepers. Xavier is psychically fit and agile, he can be fast when he wants to be and because of the labour he was put through he is strong enough to bring people down. Xavier’s vision is in peak condition able to see things before others.

History:
Xavier was born and raised in district 11, he has never been outside his own district before except for the surrounding areas. The hunger games has torn the Sullivan family apart many times since it began, to Xavier it is a curse. Xavier’s parents were killed in the games but in different ones. His father was killed in the 56th game while his mother was killed in the 57th. Xavier was only a month or so old when his mother was reaped. Xavier was then raised by his grandmother the only survivor from his family from the games. Right from the start Xavier had a view of hatred for the games.

Xavier was always getting himself into trouble with the peacekeepers and it was amazing that he is still alive. Xavier was young when he started work on the fields trying to earn food and supplies to live on, life for him was hard but he managed to keep alive. When Xavier turned twelve his fears were brought to a new high, he was old enough to be reaped and pulled into the games however so far he had been lucky enough to have been kept out of the games however Xavier just knew that his luck would not last.

From the moment that Xavier was old enough to be reaped he trained, he wasn’t about to let someone in the capitol tell him that he had to die he wants to survive these games and make it through to the end. Now at the age of eighteen Xavier is preparing for his final year of reaping, he hopes that he would be able to be lucky enough to not to be picked and have made it through his teenage years without having to go through with killing anyone in the capitols sick game.

Views on the game: Finds them to be horrible. The games have torn the Sullivan family apart many times.
