Personality: Allie is a very kind and sweet girl. Sure she is a pyro and good with bombs so obviously she likes fire. But she isn't necessarily bad. She is the "good" twin after all. She is gentle and sweet. She is the type of girl to go out of her way to help out if she can. She is nice to just about everyone she meets. Part of this is because she can kick butt if its needed and isn't afraid to use her skills with weapons in the slightest. Plus she had a sister who isn't always as nice who always has her back.
She does switch places with her sister so she can act the personality of her sister and that is hot-headed and daring but she is also capable of having her personality turn that way for real when angered. Of course the quickest way to cause this is if you are trying to cause her loved ones harm. Then she gets angry. But saying this She is a loyal one and will back you up no matter what against others but she would rather avoid fights between friends but wouldn't any friend?
She is also a smart girl and can usually think fast on her feet. she works fast and is determined to use her brains and creativity to save everyone from the Games. Whether it's creating a quick bomb or coming up with a battle plan she could do it and will do pretty much anything to help the Districts.

History: Alaina grew up a happy child. She had two loving parents, Eileen and Kellen Blair. They had Allie and her identical twin sister Cecelia in District 13 and all four lived a pretty happy lives. The grew and attended school just like every other child in District 13. School was boring as it tends to be but Allie did her work like a good girl aside from when she did her sisters work because they would often switch clothes and go to each other's classes. The two had fun as best they could in the rigid society of their home. But it wasn't all bad.
From an early age she had hated the games. Hated how innocent children were sent to their deaths for the sake of entertainment. Sick twisted entertainment. Her sister and parents shared the same opinion on that and her parents were determined to stop it. The girls joined in with enthusiasm and practiced fighting in many ways. Sadly, when the girls were fourteen, their parents died along with the current leader's father trying to help him with a rebellion. Their deaths hit the girls hard and both committed their time to learning more so they could help free the Districts and follow in their parents footsteps.
It was in this time that Allie discovered her skill with fire and explosives and she honed those skills easily and never stopped learning more hand to hand combat and weapons to use. She wanted to know all she could so she could crush the Capitol where she was older. She had actually met Gabriel when her parents died briefly, but she didn't really get to know him better until she was seventeen, almost eighteen. She was in training for the military and he came in to see how everyone was going and such and saw her creatively take foes down and create explosives with little effort and had her pulled aside for a harder course, and when she was able to pass that she was promoted to Second in Command, a position she still holds four years later. And she had become pretty good friends with Gabriel as well.
