say hello to mr courtney, one of my playby's co-stars in an upcoming movie. they look pretty happy, don't they? well that's how they appear on the outside. (joel courtney and isabelle fuhrman are brother-sister in the movie, The Healer) anyways, i was thinking either this could be the other victor from District 3, or just the tribute boy. they should be close in age, approximetly only a year or two apart, and well, they absolutely hate eachother, like i said before.

all i request for his personality is to be very like loud and exciting, think of your most popular kid in your grade, and that's mr courtney. as said before his age must be within a year or two of glister, who is seventeen. his play by is negotiable, but id like it to be someone whom isabelle fuhrman is aquantied with well.
