``registration

you can sign up with any name you want, but once you decide on your characters name, please change your display name. sure, this can realistically wait until you are approved or post your profile, but if you plan on filling out the app before posting it, then please change your name accordingly and make sure that your display name is all lowercase letters, and first and last names are required, middle is optional, and please do not put punctuation in your display name. as for how many characters you can have, you can have as many as you'd like, within reason, as long as you keep them active. please keep your characters even for every two females, make a male. unless we actually end up with more males.

``applying

on the note of applying, please post your application within 5 days of registering. we ask that you don't post any work in progress applications because, frankly, its not a long app. also, please fill out the application carefully and do not change the code. we'd also like for people to use people as play bys, and not drawn characters. do not try to pass of a 30 year old character as a 22 year old, unless the admins give it the go ahead, please.

``graphics

we would love everyone on this site (and by love, i mean require) everyone to have a 100x100 avatar and a signature of their choice, as long as it does not exceed a width of 450 pixels. if you can't make graphics, there is a graphics board where you can request some and people are always willing to oblige. if you can't get someone on here to do it, go to a site such as CAUTION. you have to join, but it's worth it.

``activity

an activity check will be posted once a month and you are given ten days to reply. you will be deleted unless you post in the absence board or let an admin know you are gone. considering this is a hunger games board, you may end up having your character killed off in the arena if you don't make the activity check in the slotted ten days. so make sure you let us know if you leave! because your character may not be here after those ten days.

``roleplaying

we know everyone has a bad day every now and then, but on how we do, we have a posting minimum of 300 words a post. the staff will be paying attention to those who consistently do not make the word minimum, and if we catch this, we will talk to you. we are an intermediate to advanced role play site, so try to keep on par with the minimum.

``anything else
